Look for the Label
Each carton of EQA chilled Australian beef features an end-panel label with an MSA cipher and information on aging requirements for appropriate cooking methods (see Figure 9). Inside the carton, each vacuum-sealed primal will have an MSA mark and/or EQA logo either printed on the vacuum pack or on a food grade insert (see Figure 10).
